Recommended configuration: Continuous refining production line (high degree of automation, daily processing capacity of 1-2 tons).
Auxiliary equipment: filter machine, vacuum dryer, etc.
Filling equipment:
Required steps: filling, capping, labeling (coding).
Recommended configuration: Fully automatic filling production line connected by conveyor belt. (Match the above production line)
Auxiliary equipment: feeding pump, air compressor, etc.
Supporting facilities for each production line:
This section mainly covers the temporary storage of finished oil products generated at each stage of production.
Recommended configuration: 5-ton oil storage tank (recommended to be paired with 4-6 tanks)
Auxiliary equipment: oil pumps and pipelines, valves, etc. required for the production line.
Site selection requirements: close to the main sunflower seed production area to reduce raw material transportation costs; Stable water and electricity supply and sewage treatment facilities are required.
